Typically, you will receive the images within 24-48 hours.
It depends on the size of the property, but generally we spend 2-3 hours on shooting each property to ensure accurate colors, dimension, and views. It takes longer for shooting large homes. Rather than use quick HDR techniques (cheap looking results), we combine with studio flashes lighting and natural lighting to create beautiful images.
Interior:
- Turn on all the lights throughout the entire house, replace burned out lightbulb
- Open all window treatments
- Clear & clean kitchen counter, bathroom sink, shower and bathtub
- Remove all personal items and photos
- Make all beds
- Remove trash cans
- Remove pet items
Exterior:
- Clear all cars from road & driveway
- Tidy up the yard & landscaping
- Remove garden tools & water hose
- Hide all garbage cans
While many real estate photographers use a quick method called HDR photo to show off the unrealistic look of a property, we approach every project with studio lighting and natural lighting to create a vibrant look for the images. We spend hours prepping and shooting your property photos, and hours on post-production for each project. All images are individually post produced with advanced editing in Adobe Photoshop.
Payment is due at the time of the shoot, Cash, Check,Venmo, QuickPay is accepted.
Because your time is important we promise to be there on time and finished on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $75 if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
